Signing in

  • You sign in only in the app, with an email link or code, your Google account, or Sign in with Apple. This website has no sign-in.
  • If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new link.
  • Your account belongs to your email address. A different email address, such as a hidden Apple relay address, creates a different account.

Try-ons

  • Choose one outfit photo and one photo of yourself, then approve the try-on.
  • The Service refuses photos with nudity or photos that appear to show a minor.
  • Our servers delete try-on results after 30 days. Save a look to keep it.

Report a result

  • In the app, open the result and tap Report this result. This opens an email to founder@putmeinthat.com.
  • Or email founder@putmeinthat.com with the subject “Report”. Tell us what the image shows and why you report it. Do not attach intimate images.
  • Report intimate or non-consensual images, impersonation, images of minors, and wrong safety refusals. We act on serious reports as fast as possible, and within 48 hours at most.

Purchases and subscriptions

  • All purchases use Apple In-App Purchase.
  • If credits do not appear after a purchase, open Plans and credits in the app and tap Restore purchases.
  • To cancel a subscription, use your Apple Account settings. See Apple’s instructions.
  • To ask for a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem page.
